Campground Accounting · free tool for Campspot parks

Turn three Campspot exports into your season report

Upload the reports you already have in Campspot and get the same season performance report our CPA team prepares for client parks. Takes about five minutes.

  • Season revenue by month and by site type, with lump-sum seasonal payments called out
  • RV occupancy by month, your peak month, and your shoulder season gap
  • Next season's bookings on the books, seasonal contracts, and balances still owed
  • Six plain-English takeaways written from your numbers
How to pull the three reports from Campspot
  1. Revenue Summary by Month Reports › Revenue
Date range: Jan 1 to Dec 31 of the season you're reviewing. Export as CSV.
  2. Total Payments Received Reports › Payments
Same Jan 1 to Dec 31 range. Export as CSV.
  3. Rent Roll (campsites only) Reports › Reservations
Dated May 1 to Oct 31 of the upcoming season. Export as CSV.
Choose CSV every time. The PDF versions leave out columns the report needs.
Reviewing 2025? Pull the Rent Roll for May 1 to Oct 31, 2026. That shows what's already booked for next year. Save it with the date in the name so you can compare pace at the same time next year.
