Hi, I’m Donna Bordeaux with CampgroundAccounting.com. What is your internal routine when guests leave? What do you do to clean up the site? Check it out, make sure it’s ready for your next guest and in prime condition.
I want to give you an example of what not to do, in the campground that I’m in currently, they don’t have an execute routine except to get you out of here and get the next person in. And here’s a good example, will anyone come by and pick it up?
Are the staff members knowledgeable enough to know that this is something really important that guests see and that they have to keep that site clean? Is that part of their culture here? I’m guessing after four days, it’s not. So, in your campground if you had a piece of trash in a site, how long would it stay? I’m Donna Bordeaux with CampgroundAccounting.com.
